Hi I am a 21yr female. I have been skinny my entire life, until I got my sit down job. Now I feel like I need to lose about 20lbs. I have no clue what excerises to do. I want to lose weight and tone up. I am getting married Sept 21 and want to look the best I can. If you have any ideas to help me please let me know. I played sports my whole life so never had to actually plan a work out or a diet PLEASE HELPPP

I eat about 2000 calories no specific. Embarassed

No sports right now

Need that. Specifically meal types, and times of meals.

So I can ascertain what changes might be advisable, and how to fit them into your daily schedule.

training wise search google for "your body is a barbell" and do as prescribed...if you have any questions on it just post them
