Hiya ive just recently started a routine to get bk my 6 pack in which i used to have but since then ive been a bit lazy and the drinkin and eating has taken over.
These last couple of weeks ive started to get bk into and been on a diet for a month and have lost a stone which is good so now im gonna keep to that and thought now ive lost the fat i shal start to tone up my stomach
here is my routine:
Monday
3 Sets of 20 Crunches
3 Sets of 20 Leg Raises
2 sets of 10 Press ups
Tuesday
3 Sets of 20 Straight arm crunches (as on the website)
3 Sets of 20 Hipflexes
2 Sets of 5 Holding in stomach and gently pushin it down to the ground ( an exerise i have found off an health website which is apparantly supposed to be good to work the abs)
Wednesday
3 Sets Of 20 Weighted Hand to leg Scissors
3 Sets Of 20 Arms Reachin Up Crunches
3 Sets Of 20 Raised Knee Bar Bell Crunches
Obviously before every exercise i so a small 2 mins warm up and streching. And after every set i will give my self at least a 5 mins break.
On thursdays I Have training for my mens team for an hour, and on sunday i have indoor football for 2 hours which both of i class as my Cardiovascular Exercise for the week.
Please could some one give me some advice on my routine or how to improve it or Change it a bit to suit myself.
I have been told Variety it the key to it.
As i said ive only just started this routine for bout 2 weeks so far.
Am i doing to much or should i continue at this rate?
Thank you ever so much for your help
