Hi
My wife has been going to the gym for a couple of years now but the last few days she is complaining about the slight knee pain whilst doing the DB deadlift ...she will stop DL for the being but we wondered what other considerations should she have
should she up or ease any particular exercise?
thanks |

Perhaps switch to Barbell Deadlift, and try it very light first thing to see how that goes.
If there's no pain, increase the weight until shes's maxing for say 8-10 reps. |

| make sure that all squats, lunges and deadlifts technique is correct...my thought is that she isn't pushing through the heel but rather through the toes from heel not being on the floor or weight being carried too far forward...if not ashe may have some hip / ankle mobility problems and / or glute activation issues...knee pain is usually refferred from the hips or ankles |
