1. Supplements are exactly that, they supplement your diet.
2. If diet is right, you don't technically need them.
3. If you really do want to use them for Mass, then you want these.
3a, Protein supplement, (with Simple Carb source)
3b, Glutamine.
3c, Maybe a Creatine.
Other people sometimes use things like ZMA, Chromium, NO2, Multivit etc etc, but that's what I think you could do if you wanted, though you don't have to. |
