| As in you put the powder in milk/water and mix. Would you have chances of not getting the full effect of it, if you just consumed the powder without mixing it? Or possibly get negative effects? Just wondering, in a jug of creatine, the scoop was buried and when I got it, i had some of the powder on my hand and it tasted better than when mixed. >.> lol |

Always mix, it almost certainly aids digestion / absorption. plus if the water helps countreact Stomach Acid a bit, you won't get eally harsh breakdown, and possible loss of benefit.
Also Creatine uplaods better with a simple Sugar like Grapejuice.
Having powders neat. Don't think it's a great idea to be honest. |
