Ive been going to the gym for about 1 month now and was given a programme when i started. i was wondering if anyone can give me a few tips to improve it and how many times a week I should b going to make the most advantage of it.
15mins treadmill veary speed from brisk walk, jog and run every 2 mins.
1500m on the rowing machine, keeping between 2.25 and 2.35. no splittime.
upright row with a 6 kg ball 12reps x2
tricep kickback 4kg weight 15reps x2 on each side
dyno machine 30 secs x2 on each side. 3 vents open.
squats with a 4kg ball held at chest height 15reps x3
leg pod curls 15reps x3 holding for 15 secs after each set.
leg thrusts 15reps x3
wave machine 6 mins level 6 varied from squat poisition to standing.
