Anyone ever tried this stuff? I've been reading around on the internet and I've read nothing but good things about it. My brother uses it and is trying to get me on it but I don't want to take it if it is going to seriously harm my health.
Anyone know anything about it? |

NO-Explode is an NO Creatine mix.
It supposedly gives the user massie pumps, though realistically the whole point would be the Creatine improves power, the NO, is a Hermodilator, which expands blood vessels, supposedly increasing pumps.
One theory could be, the bigger the pump the more likelihood is, you'll get more Microtears, increasing growht potential.
I haven't used it personally, as I don't feel I need stuff like that, but I'd say providing you use it correctly, you've got no worries, so if you want to try it, I'd say fine try it. |

| stacked with protein shakes after use it would increase my growth rate significantly correct? |
