Does taking a Steam or Sauna after your workout help shed some weight around the midsection to help your abs protrude??

If so, which is better and how long should one sweat for!

Thanks

no

you only lose water which you replensih as soon as tou eat or drink something

sweat does not equal fat loss or your fat neighbour walking out to the letterbox everyday would be a fitness model in no time

exercising gets the herat rate up though which is decreasing the fat, sitting there doesn't...that is not safe but he'd only do it for weight ins and put it all back on afterwards would be my guess

You're only going to sweat Water in a Sauna. To think Fat loss may be achievable, is probably naive thinking.

YOU WON'T LOSE FAT BY SITTING THERE ASKING YOURSELF HOW CAN YOU LOSE FAT WITHOUT MOVING.

Sauna won't ever ever help you loose fat, it's only a place where gay people meets togeter ...

I know I'm angry today lol Wink

the whole wrestling thing is only before weigh ins, and they can actually lose up to 5 lbs in waterweight... they also cover themselves with sweatshirts and put an exercise bike in there to boost the sweating.... if you want to see a great example of this watch "the ultimate fighter" they do it on there every single show....

By the way i heard in some commercial that you actually burn around 600 calories in 30 mins (or maybe 60 i can't remember) is this even possible? and if it is wouldnt it be a pretty unhealthy way to lose weight?
