Is diet really as effective as you guys on here say it is.
I mean i've read countless threads about weight loss or abs and they also say diet is the most important thing..
but i dont understand how diet can work your muscles to?
it just confuses me.
like i believe i remember swanso saying something about him having abs when he doesnt do any type of ab workout or cardio..how can that be |

Diet is king.
If you want to lose weight, gain muscle, or improve your internal functions, diet is king. |

| I usually tell people that diet is 75% of the success ratio. It can be a bit different for different people though. |
