Is diet really as effective as you guys on here say it is.
I mean i've read countless threads about weight loss or abs and they also say diet is the most important thing..
but i dont understand how diet can work your muscles to?
it just confuses me.
like i believe i remember swanso saying something about him having abs when he doesnt do any type of ab workout or cardio..how can that be

Diet is king.

If you want to lose weight, gain muscle, or improve your internal functions, diet is king.

I usually tell people that diet is 75% of the success ratio. It can be a bit different for different people though.
