Nope.
This is the order of Merit for Fat loss in my opinion.
Diet
Training
Cardio.
Diet should always be the prime objective. You'll probably lose more weight with a good diet and no exercise, than a bad diet and regular gym sessions.
Let's face it, if you've been to the gym, and seen one or two regulars for several months, still with no visable size decrease, in their bodies, you'll know what I'm talking about.
Diet can make or break your results. Cardio is just there to polish off the process, a bit like getting a wedding suit, then finally on the day, buffing your dirty Shoes. |

| Not in my mind. If you get a good weights prgramme about 3-4 times a week, you only need about 2 days of Cardio in my mind, and probably with something like a bit of interval work on an Excercise Bike or a Treadmill. |
