I am so sad.
I don't know if what I lost from my chest was muscle/fat.
I had a sudden decrease in weight. I weigh 47.0KG now, and I've been trying to gain the weight again, at least one kg, and it hasn't be working.
No lies. I have't worked out for 3 weeks, but stayded normally active.
I dropped from a 34D to 34C, and in about a month and a half, I have a wedding to attend, and my dress requires bigger chest, even though it's the smallest size....
How can I gain the clevage I lost in about that time?
Food?
Workouts?
I want to keep natrual, no products.
Thank you.
PS, I'll be hitting the gym again from next week when I go back to university.
I'll workout between 3-4 times a week, that's all I can afford with my busy Schedule... |

| boobs are fat so you're losing fat which isn't a bad thing really although even i'm not happy when cleavage is being lost...probably nothing you can do at this stage |

Isn't there anything I can do at all to help gain weight there? I am going to do more chest excersizes, i'll make them 3 times a week, and common to lose so much in one month? All I lost is one kg, When I was 48-50 range, nothing changed really...but now..when I lost this one KG, I feel like there is something wrong..I'm not really gaining weight and all...
Sure it looks nice on the scale, but is my weight normal? and to lose this much in no time?
I'm just really confused to why I lost in my chest and no where else?
My arms are the same, just not as strong and so are my legs, but those can easily be fixed...*sigh* |

| if you don't have much fat anywhere else body will have no option but to burn "boob fat" if that's what position you put it in in regards to cal intake vs exercise levels |

| it's just your body, there's nothing you can really do about it...keep up the push ups etc though and do your best |
