| well ive lost more then 30 pounds (went from 180 to 148) and im wondering how much i should eat each day to make sure i dont start gaining weight again.oh and im a vegetarian. also can any one suggest any excerises i can do in my home to get a 6 pack....thanks |

Not everyone needs the same number of calories. What is your height and exercise routine? |

| Dont do sit ups because they'll kill your back. Go for crunches etc. |

crunches are rubbish too...
best core exercises - prone ab braces, side ab braces, side hip thrusts, landmines
cal wise 12 calories x your bodyweight should maintain your wt give or take |
