I am writing down eveything I eat in a journal lately. I want to continue this habit by figuring out exactly how many calories my daily intake equates to.
Does anyone know of a site where I can input my daily food consumption and get the calories it equals???
Another thing I saw someone using was a pocket size calorie calculator...where can I find a good one to use??
Please any thoughts, or suggestions would be most appreciated.
