My boyfriend just bought this.
he told me that the pump he gets is really good.. but, the gets the shits.. why would this be? caffeine? |

| theres no caffeine in superpump. does he take multi vitamins? if he doesnt, he should, they might help. they helped me |

They can help, but they may not be the answer, and most people don't need them, and take them, causing potential issues regarding mineral competition and Vitaminosis.
Plus they aren't quite as easily digestable as food, and some even if they need them take as many as 2 a day, which is excessive personally. The need to take them, should be limited I feel, to 0.5 - 1 max daily, and in many cases none at all. |
