I can't be sure, but I think it's a glucose supplement. It's some kind of simple / complex Carb combination made of Glucose and something like Maltose, as Maltose is a complex Starchy Carb, Glucose is simple Carb.
If I'm right it's a similar thing to Palatinose, which is another simple / complex combi.
The idea with these are, they give you quicker energy release, but also last for longer, which I think is supposed to allow for time released bursts of energy, rather than a quick shoot of energy, or a long slow release, if you get the picture.
Simple Sugars generally give you a shoot of energy at once, and Complex slow release for about 3 hours. Combination ones work supposedly to my recollection, by giving you a small quick shoot of energy, and then another and another, for the time span of a complex carb, so you get energy more quickly into your system, but at regular intervals, in a similar way to eating, where you put a small potrtion of food in your mouth at regular intervals.
When you use a combination product that supposedly does this, if I've remembered correctly, you end up with less simple sugar as it's about 50/50 Simple Complex, so there should be almost little to no sugar to Fat conversion in the Liver, from the simple. |

| I heard its purpose is to make you feel fuller longer...so usually I take it in the morning, mixing it in with a protein shake. |

| you don't want to be full for longer though...you want to be hugry more often...metabolism drops when you don't eat sdo you end up storing fat from the body's starvation survival mechanism |
