I am Aged 24 and face got lot of fat in cheeks and just below the eyes,
if am smiling and laughing my eyes go inside and make too small at that time and at the time of picture, my face comes too big near cheek area and i look elder than my actual age.
so you can help me and give me some suggestion and exercise.[/quote] |

| do you have overall body fat? id so then losing that is what you need to do, you can't lose fat from one specific area |

| I agree. Overall body fat loss through exercise and good nutrition will shed body fat all over, including the face. But nothing will make you lose fat just in one place short of surgery. |
