| I was just thinking of grabbing some heavy weights and do a wrist curl both ways. |

thst's not training grip, that's training forearms
you need plate pinches, sand buckets, paper screw ups, captains of crush grippers etc
i think waterbury done an article on grip, pop it google |

I'm starting some work to emphasize on grip strength ... based on what I,ve read by this article :
http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=459819
since I don't wanna waste a lot of time but be effective I will surely do :
Barbell wrist roll / farmer walk
Finger Band Extensions (even if i don't believe this lol)
One-Hand Upright Dumbbell Lifts (almost like plate pinches, in my case I can't do plate pinch since my plates are all rounded, I can't really grip them lol)
And swanso strong forearm and strong grip are quite together, we can have one and not the other right ? |

yeah i never coaught on to the whole finger band extensions thing either...
rounded plates are better for grip, use them
yeah both go hand in hand
heavy pull ups will work too as well as thick bar work |
