distal bicep rupture?

what is this ? i have seen it around teh web and fear that i may have it as i have noticed that my my arm is unproprtional and looks like a twig the back of my arm tricpes are thin and narrow, my arm barely has meat on it unlike the rest of my body) ,when i flex my biceps they curl up to the top of my arm like a disgusting tennis ball, do i have a distal rupture , i only noticed it when i started to work out about 2-3 months ago , if so what should i do?

that just looks like your bicep muscle...yoyu have a high peak which is genetic...if your tri is non existent it's probably because it virtually is so build them up...i perfct case of don't beleive everything you read on the read or get diagnosed over the net

ha ha.

Just plain normal ... Now stop doing curls, lift heavy on heavy moves and eat 8 meals a day with solid proteins and veggies.

My arms used to look like that when I first started as well. In order to "fill out" the bottom do your preacher curls like normal but be sure to extend your arms lower so that your lower bicep is worked as well. Same applies with all types of curls. Took me about 3 months to correct it and get rid of that "lack of muscle" like yours.

preacher curls do not isolate the bottom portion of the biceps....they feel like they do because that's the hardest phase of the movement but they don't
