Oh my God I can not do this! Is there anyone that used to have an unbelievablely hard time getting up in the morning? I like to get up 15 min before I have to leave, shower and run out the door.
I seem to be getting a lot of sleep... maybe just after 10pm till 7:00am ish... maybe getting too much sleep, but never want to get out of bed, I could hit snooze 8 times LOL
Any tips? Ideas? Share your stories!

Yeah I hear ya that doesn't seem to be enough... When I wake I always think of the benefits of having some breakfast and morning cardio, but the extra 20-40 min of just laying there always calls to me...
Therein lies my problem. |

read your "about me" over and over and over and over until a light flicks in your head
we shouldn't have to suggest anything else
if you can't do it for yourself then do it for them |

| I personally think its all in your head. If you tell yourself that you can't get up in the morning you're going to have a hard time. Try telling yourself that you CAN get up in the morning and you WILL because its healthy and you'll feel better all day having woke up a bit earlier to get in a healthy breakfast and possibly a workout. In my opinion, its a total mental barrier. Don't give yourself the option to hit snooze 8 times. Allow yourself 1 snooze then make yourself get up. Thats my best advice. :) |
