| Make your own program, stick with it as long as there is Progressive overload you're on the road |

Yes make your own program, but if you want size, include some of these:
Squats
Barbell bent over row
deadlifts
military press
Barbell Bench Press
remember, by building your legs and back you can build the rest of your body bigger but never forget to work the core either! |

dont some of those workouts already help the core to be worked |

yes they do as a secondary but should add some primary excercises for the abs and lower back in as well. Lots to choose from  |
