Hi HugoGym
It is very defficult to draw up an exercise plan and follow it. What I' suggest is that you do the exercises you enjoy most with more effort. One of the best way to see the change in the development of your body is to do a few laps in the pool. If you can swim, don't hasitate, just do it. For the swimming programme that will best suit you, please contact this website: www.swimplan.com, you will find all the information you need to start swimming and develop muscle fast. I hope you wil find this information useful. GOOD LUCK....

Best way to track results is body measurements and fat tests. If you don't know where you are how can figure out how to get where you want to go?
