I'm about 190 and 5'11. I just started working out recently.
I need help knowing what to do for starters i guess? I want to get my chest, arms & stomach toned. Anyone have any good advice? Please let me know.

Not another guy "I only care about biceps and chest" lol
If you want muscles, MUSCLES. you need to train every muscles groups, compounds exercises, heavy loads.
You need a really solid diet too, listen to Swanso advices and you're on your way. |

Well I don't want t be "big" just toned.
My legs are fine. I used to skate, so there not whimpy. All I need for now is my stomach and upper body. :].
But thanks for the advice. |
