New Program Help Guys

Hey Guys ive tryed a few different routines i did the waterbury method tryed his summer program as well but dont like it and also TTT program and not really great on that i looking for good definition look and some obvious strength gains i was wondering if some of you guys and persnal trainers could come up with a good program including reps and sets and stuff ill post one and you can edit it!



Day 1
Back Squat
leg press
skull crushers
bent over row
dips
standing curls

Day 2
Sprint

Day 3
Bench Press
incline press
military press
upright row
calf raises
tri pull down

Day 4
sprint

Day 5
Deads
Chins
decline bench press
leg curl
pull ups
lunges


Day 6 Sprint

Day 7 OFF


Also I would like to incorporate a few core exercises in here if anyone has any good suggestion also i need rep/set help

if you didnt get stronger on CW's programs then i don't know what to tell you...all that i'll give you is basically what he does

1 - deads 10 x 3, chest supported row/bench press 4 x 6, shoulder press / pull ups 3 x 8

intervals

2 - chin ups 10 x 3, reverse lunges 4 x 6/prone ab brace 4 x time, handstand push ups / db row 3 x 8

off

3 - front squat 10 x 3, glute ham raise/inverted row 4 x 6, face pull 3 x 8/side ab brace 3 x time

sprints

off
