|
|
So, I've been looking around looking for new Workout programs for myself, and I stumbled upon this site:
http://fitness.scoobysworkshop.com/
Under the category 'Plans' there is a list that consists of Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced workout plans. Personally, I think that those are quite feasible, but is it really ideal to follow these plans?
I'd like to understand exactly what really IS the most IDEAL bodybuilding plan according to the very experienced bodybuilders here. |

I'm 18, and I have dumbbells at home ranging from 15 - 30.
I have a membership at the gym. I visit the gym for about 40 minutes to an hour three days a week. I've been doing so for about 2 years; 6 months consistently during my first year with gains from 135 - 160.
My goal is to reach a steady 165 at the very least. My ultimate goal is to reach 175 - 180; not looking to appear very 'cut' or 'ripped'.
My diet consists of 3 - 4 meals a day as of now. I've cut back because I've recently just gotten employed, and I'm workin out the kinks to keeping a strict 5 - 6 meal diet. I plan to follow your rule (swanso5) of eating until I'm content, as opposed to gorging myself every meal. |
