i suggested that to someone just yesturday...
if you're feeding yourself properly during the day then you shouldn;t get cravings at night |

I agree. There's possible nutritional problems, either with meal amounts, or calorie content.
Possibly also you tried to cut back some very calorie rich foods, to lower calories in those meals, and over did it maybe. |

| I eat some cottage cheese with cinnamon. It's good slow burning protein and the cinnamon helps with my sweet tooth without adding calories. Make sure you drink plenty of water with it, that helps give you a feeling of being full as well. Brushing your teeth seems to help as well. |
