Oatmeal with protein powder?
Need opinions, folks. Since I am a guy who doesnt have much time, I thought of something. A quick meal that I can take with me when I go to college. Oatmeal mixed with a scoop of protein powder. Is it fine? I mean, the oatmeal will be hot so will it have a bad impact on the protein in the protein po...

Confusion over stretching
I am kinda confused about when I should stretch. Usually everytime I go to the gym, I start with light cardio for about 3-4 minutes and then do some stretching before I start with weights. After 30 mins of strength training, I switch to moderate intensity cardio for about 20-30 minutes. Am I doing s...

Frustrated with deltoid workout
I have been doing lateral raises, front raises and bent over lateral raises for deltoids on shoulder workout day. First of all, I have progressed in every muscle group that I am working, be it chest or biceps or triceps or forearms (by progress I mean being able to lift heavier weights). For deltoid...

I am not taking any meds.
And its not just that I sweat from physical activity. Even if it is hot, I sweat a lot more compared to others.

Re: Sample diet plan
I have eggs from chicken fed with the usual feed, so I guess having more than 1 egg is out of the question. What about boiled chicken breast or turkey breast slices? Or I could have a mini-meal between 7 am and 10:30 am ; something rich in protein but low in carbs (complex or simple) and (of course)...

Re: Sample diet plan
I usually have hard-boiled eggs for breakfast. Problem is, I am not someone who can throw food away. So I know that I am supposed to have more than 2 egg whites for breakfast but its super-hard for me to throw the yolk away because however harmful it might be, it is still food. Any ideas to help me ...

Hey there folks ! Just wanted to get everyone;s views if I am doing things correctly, so instead of starting a journal (or continuing existing one) I thought I'd just leave a sample diet plan Breakfast (7am) - oatmeal + 1 egg + green tea with lemon 10:30am - tuna sandwich (wholemeal bread, lettuce ,...

Re: Sweating issues
I was going to mention Hyperhidrosis, in sp much as if you had it, you'd be constantly sweating all day long, much more than other people, not just when you exert yourself. I think thats the correct term . I looked it up http://www.hyperhidrosisweb.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);re...

Re: Sweating issues
Wow. Ronnie Coleman would sweating 2-3 litres in a matter of minutes then. I dont think thats true. I dont have any scientific facts to affirm it. Just based on observationsmusculargirl wrote:I always thought if your more muscular you will sweat more?? That is a very uneducated assumption, any truth to that??

Yea ... unfortunately
@lesplease :
Are you a med student ? You gave a pretty complex yet brief reply.
If yes , whats the reason for some people sweating a lot more than the others.

Re: Sweating issues
I was just about to leave it at. That I just sweat more than others. But a friend of mine puts this stupid idea into head that it could be because I am burning more fat than the others.
So i thought rather than dwell in an unsubstantiated fact, lets just know the truth ,
