i can move shoulder in all directions its just painfull to do so, especially at the end of its travel. it feels to me right at the socket is the source of the pain, particularly at the back.

never starve yourself! if im out and about and have no access to usual foods i will eat whats at hand rather than go hungry. the way i see it is that if your in it for the long haul a "bad" meal when nothing else is available is no big deal.

yes pushups are better for you than using dbs (especially at an early stage when you should be using your own bodyweight as resistance) if you cant do proper ones yet then do the "at the knee" ones and work up to proper ones.

How many minutes of dumbells should I do per day for me to eventually see results, 30 minutes perhaps? i personally prefer the spinlock bars it does feel safer to me. but they do sometimes come loose if doing things like cleans.

theres about a million variations of chest exercises with dumbbells, but i would also say start with the pushups- normal,decline,wide grip, narrow grip etc.

you wanna get on the full body workouts. 3x a week. mon,wed,fri for instance, with cardio inbetween weight days(which should be switched to hiit cardio for better results)
