What types of diet did you start? You shouldn't be too hard, just eat about 500 calories less than you need. If you starve too much, you won't be able to stick with it for long time. I think thats too much. Although it depends how much you do for every muscle. I for example do a 3 day split and work out every second day, so that i work on one muscle only once a week. Hi, since I've been here I've allways heard that Squats and Deadlifts are much better to deveope ripped abs then normal ab qork like crunches for example. But now question: WHY? ^^ Well I supposed Deadlift are for the lower back and squats for the legs! I can't imagine how they work on the abs, can...

Don't you think 1500 Calories is too less... I mean as much as I know about 2000 calories is right for a normal female. But you are training 3 times a week so you should need much more than normal people... So just try to eat a bit more, even when you are not really hungry ;) And concerning the snac...
