Okay if you want to define it, you have to get a low percentage,
if you wanna build muscle, train ;) not only crunches and that stuff, but heavy deadlifts and squats. I couldn't believe that they work on abs first time, but i tried it and the results are great ;)

What types of diet did you start? You shouldn't be too hard, just eat about 500 calories less than you need. If you starve too much, you won't be able to stick with it for long time. And I hate such diets like no carb or so, just eat normal, but smaller portions ;) And you can really fasten it by ma...

The american army can do twice as many! I don't think so! ^^ Because the problem is the time you have ;) Try to make 4 situps in 40 seconds, you have to be really fast! Or these special pushups... If they were normal I wouldn't have a problem, but these... But You are right, it doesn't seem to make...

I think thats too much. Although it depends how much you do for every muscle. I for example do a 3 day split and work out every second day, so that i work on one muscle only once a week. I'm no expert, but I think it's normal. At least it is the same for me. And I suppose you also use some other muscles when doing incline more than when doing flat. The shoulders for example.

It isn't right to train your chest and abs every training day, they are like all other muscles and need as much rest. And you shouldn't forget the legs if you ask for oppinion ;)

No, you need to increase the weight. Otherwise you will just get a bettter endurance but not more muscles!

Don't you think 1500 Calories is too less... I mean as much as I know about 2000 calories is right for a normal female. But you are training 3 times a week so you should need much more than normal people... So just try to eat a bit more, even when you are not really hungry ;) And concerning the snac...
