I see the problem now. I think if you try this, you'll see some results. See, your workout days are devoted to pretty much one muscle. Plus, you arent giving them time to rest. Muscle growth is from muscle tissue repairing itself after damage from the tension of weight lifting. You need to have rest...

Well, here are things you can try. I'm not sure if you do them already, but give this a shot. 1. Give up cardio and interval train. Don't go steady on the treadmill at one pace. Mix it up a bit. Warm up for a min, then go at a pace that's challenging. I'd say, about 75-85% of your all. Do this for 4...

Don't walk them out, run them. Your body is always trying to maintain homeostasis, and if it realizes you are not going to stop your normal activity, it'll find other ways to cope with the exercise. Also, try music. Have a song that makes you want to run at a fast pace. You'll get into the song, and...

I'd say jogging most definitely is the best way. As for shin splints, ICE ICE AND MORE ICE. It'll heal better. I exercised with shin splints only because I used ice before and after interval training. Also, I learned about proper form, so they healed much faster, and I didnt take any painkillers eit...

I'd say going all out for 1 full minute might be what's causing your ankle pain. When one gets tired, we tend to lose proper form, which can cause discomfort or even injuries. I suggest continuing your program, but with 30-40 seconds going all out, and 1 min recovery. You'll get better results this ...

I'd mix up more to keep your body from adjusting to the interval range. You've got to keep your body shocked as much as you can. You see, when your body doesn't know for how long you'll be sprinting or resting, it'll force itself to dig into fat stores to sustain itself. It doesn't know how the work...

Well, it takes a whole lot longer for your muscles to warm up, so maybe what you should try is doing jumping jacks or anything to loosen your muscles up inside where it's warm. Then head outside and begin running. Another thing may be the clothes you're wearing. All you really need when running outs...

lyrical who said you need to be 163 lbs? throw out your scale girl!, use a tape measure and a camera (front, side and back shots in your bathing suit) You will know more about your progress from this than a number on a scale which is simply the amount of force your body exerts with gravity upon a s...
