Drinking water with food intake? How many of you do the same

Hi, I drink a lot of water with any food intake in a day. I feel hard not to drink water while having food. Someone suggested me that its unhealthy to consume water while eating food. Is it true? What are the possible consequences of it? and how many of you have the same habit? regards, Pradeep

- you need to eat every 3 hours that you're awake so that will 6 - 7 meals a day...i have 9 - 10 - you need food even when you sleep, ecspecially when exercising because when you do train hard, you break your muscles down andc they only rebuild when you sleep and food provide the building blocks......

Don't have a lot of time here. A few things to consider. Possible diet issues. Training too close to sleep. Erratic sleep times. I'd suggest right now, having a fixed time every night. I have noted that if not worked out, some body types lose muscle firmness quickly & others lose it over a longer period of time. What is the reson behind this? does harmone come into play?
