so as not to change too much keep the same exercises but now aim for 2 reps per set which will mean a weight increase...once you hit 12 reps, the very next workout increase the reps and aim for 10 then 8...be aware different exercises will progress at different rates so increase when you need to go ...

you don't want to just "mix it up though", not dramatically anyway...you need a program that has built in progression with the thought to the long term, not just today

honesty is one of my strong points so in that vain I can't see even 1 reason for you to bulk for at least 6 months with that belly excess...get rid of that then think about it

36 total sets equaling 540 reps per session there is no way you can maintain a high quality work with even a quarter of that volume in 1 session... you're stuck in a quantity state of mind and it needs to change more is not always better and the fact that every exercise is the same sets and reps is ...

cut that workout in half its far too much...by the last 5 exercises you're just hanging to get out of there so you'll be getting limited benefit from them day 1 - front lunge, leg curl, chest press, pull up, reverse pressdown, bosu crunch, knee up day 2 - squat, side lunge, seated db press, low cabl...

shit i wrote this a long time ago... this was back in my "must have 6 meals a day phase' because that's what i was doing...it worked for em but it won;t for everyone...either way try having your carbs at breakfast then protein/veg/salad with all other meals if looking for fat loss actually you ...

also sleep with a small pillow between your legs when your on your side and under your hamstrings if on your back and never lye on your front
