Re: pushup problem

I "personally" have no issues with knuckles or wrists doing it fookun way. had issues doing it other FOOKUN way.
the push-up grip handles as seen on tv will have you not bending your wrists, but no ungawdly strain on your poor knuckles

There is then the possibility that any kind of physica...

Re: Fat Around Button Area?

I didn't realize you were lifting the barbell over your head to do those squats (not sure how I missed this). I myself did a few rounds of squats a similar way awhile back and was amazed at the extra efforts it took to complete the sets and reps. standing barbell on chest to a squat then standing t...

I have a new set of weights

"Your muscles don't care what your weights look like" I forget who says this, but I have a new/used set of Olympic styled weights and can lift heavier and a tad safer than before. A long assed losing streak visa/vi work had fookun dauber way down, but I continued to lift...eat?! not so goo...

Re: Tips for Elliptical HIIT session

cultural questions: is it hard for a woman to get out in a public area to do work? like you say running the park, or even going to a gym. are the gyms at university segregated so you might be able to lift weights without a fookun headscarf on? are you isolated in your room because you "want&quo...
