bowflex sucks! i used it before at friends house and it was hard for me 2 use it and while i was doing the incline bench press on it the lil things u use 2 pull it wer scratching arms and cut them and i didnt even feel a work out
bowflex is the biggest waste of money

ya wen i first did it i tought it was a bad idea bcus i thought that the right one was gonna get really big but it didnt it ended up catching up to the left one i sitll need to catch the right one up a bit

friend said to get big like u need 2 b atleast a lil fat to turn that into muscle by eating protein bcus if u dont have any fat then u really dont got anything to turn into muscle

i do something like htta but i do one 1 day traps shoulders ,chest and the next i do bicept tricep and forearms

i'd go with the 2 x 6 and thern 2 x 12 on the same exercise so you get both strength and size...ultimately getting stonger will allow you to use heavier wt and therefore you will get bigger the more wt you use so like on the same work out id first do 2 sets of 6 reps like heavy weight? and then aft...

Ok thanks, i used to be chubby too so i am not completely disappointed with results just think i could make them better, and i tried to get an estimate of how fast you were going to run a mile in 6 minutes and you had to be going at about 16km/h or 10mi/h. oh and i dont know if the rate at which ur running matters or not
i always ran school mile in like 6 min i run pretty fast
