If you are trying to lose fat then you should find your bmr, record how many calories you eat a day, and then add cardio to that. Make sure you are burning more calories a day then you are consuming to lose fat.

I agree with the post above this.
If you do dead lift be sure not to do weight that is too heavy for you. Its easy to strain your back if you do not have proper form or too heavy of weight.
Good luck with your goals

personally i think incline is a waste of time because it puts so much strain on your rotator cuffs
your flat bench should be the most weight.

at 5'5'' 124 you should be packing on the muscle.
But to answer your question, you would have to burn 3500 extra calories to lose 1 lb of fat

do a few days of lighter but still intense workouts.
if you get into it too fast you will be sore for a longer period of time, keeping you out of the gym.

to keep out of a plateau you could try a split that looks something like
day 1 push 5-7 reps
day 2 pull 5-7 reps
day 3 off
day 4 push 12-15 reps
day 5 pull 12-15 reps

i would agree in not using it.
you should just constantly hit the gym and use whey.
depending on your goals start adding new supps in after about 5 months or when you are more familiar with them
