Shoulder pain

hey... well it started when i was benching 140 the spotter didnt help me rack the bar i thought it was racked left side wasn't it came down i caught it befor it went on chest but it done something to left shoulder. every time i incline i get a pain now but thats seemed to be alot better now its only...

bicepts 16.3/15.9
chest 46 (pumped) just after benching
well waiste is 32 at the moment when i cut up again around 28-32

yeah you will find it harder with dumbells,just do what hurts less
me myself ive got a cuff problem.

if you get to much joint pain just dont do the exersice for a while could be ages could not be.

yeah true swanso i dont have a clue why dumbells feel better for me tho.
evan with benchress when i done cuff in if i used dumbell the pain was near enough gone :S.

incline benching puts alot of stress on your cuffs,i use dumbells for this
it seems to put less stress and dont worry i dont think anyone can incline more then they can bench.

most definately alot of fatty food can cause spots ect.
eating more healthy will help,try some face wash or make sure your atleast wash your face/chest after workouts i aint gonna lie i had a problem uno what helped me? SUN SUN SUN SUN <<<

all i can say is the same as ctorok Post up your nutrition and like he said you gotta shock the muscles doing the same workouts all the time dont shock the muscles. try super setting if it helps if you can do the 8 reps easy just up the weight when your doing your workouts make sure your form is nic...

as above your gonna need to cut out the junk food all them silly fats ect. try cut down on the beer if your drink heavily(dont completely stop) try to do atleast 3 sets do anythink in between 8-12 reps your last rep wether its 8 9 10 11 or 12 it should be hard if you can rep the weight for more then...
