Feeling Discouraged... Need Motivation
Ever since i started working out (cardio- walk/jog 4.5 mile Tues/Thurs) weight seems to be dropping less then when i was not working out... First 2 weeks of diet without exercise i went from 190 to 186... So then on third week i started to do cardio and the weight isn't dropping and I'm back up to 1...

i was starving when i was done tho... but i didn't over eat when i got home... i had half a small bowl and half a bowlf of beef and broccoli Can you add a hard boiled egg there too? It would give you a bit more energy or you think it will give you cramps?... And once you get your protein shake this...

Worried...Not feeling hungry
I have been on diet for a little over 2 weeks... and today i noticed i didnt really want to eat food at the normal times i do...i didn't feel like eating at all... BUT of course i forced myself to eat to keep metabolism going...its not that i don't like the food i ate because i do... just wondering ...

Not only portion control but you gotta to watch out for the kind of food out there! Not only some foods are high in calories but high in sodium, fats (bad kinds) etc… I’ll be pickier this time around… can you give me some examples of food to avoid please??... so i can keep that in mind when i am gr...
