How much to limit?

I complete about 7 kms in about 55 mins 6 days in a week.

Am I over stretching myself... I have high uric acid in blood so I can't hit weights because of the pain in wrist.

I am 24 years old and an IT guy.

Can you suggest a good calorie heavy meal?

Because what I eat now keeps me full the whole day and I never get hungry.

I am trying to think of calorie value meals but I end up thinking of something fatty and oilly.

EDIT - The only thing I can think of is peanut butter as of now

I lost 8kgs and now I am looking too thin. So I am finally going for muscle gain now but I am confused should I go for more calorie intake or protein intake. I am too busy to actually make time for run or walk so i was thinking skipping rope at home but doubt is.. It is high intensity? And any minimum time or Something?

Working out at midnight!

I have a very busy life...2 jobs and studies and I hardly get time to exercise!

I only get time at mid night around 12 am or by 1 am. So can I exercise at that time or no?
I will be sleeping after that and I just need to lose some 3 to 4 kgs. SO I maybe hitting weights only.

Over-developed lower-body & underdeveloped upper-body

I have this weird problem.... legs are really very well developed as i play football(?) and i do good amount of weights...so hips and calf muscles look much broader but upperbody is really under-developed. It really looks awkard hips are much larger than upperbody. I have started picking more wieght...

As the title goes...its very difficult i have been trying so hard.

I stick to diet.

Not so regular on exercise but yea I hit it 4 times a week and i also do football 3 days a week.

any extra tip?

I know its not easy its very difficult but its seeming impossible.

mom too has a serious knee problem, she consulted the doc and he said not to push the knee too much or else it wont last long.


so I hope you have consulted a doctor before doing your exercise because knee injury stick around with you long and get very serious if not consulted. :)

1 of friend suggested me to hang on a bar with wide grip to get v-shape
