Boob jobs dont feel right compared to real boobs, When I was little mother used to put ice packs on her boobs. Apparently they will grow if you do that.

I suggest doing nothing but wrist curls, they dont put allot of strain on your wrists and they hit the muscle pretty good. Everything else can cause bad long term affects including carpell tunnel.

Im 17, and have an intense physically demanding job working 8 hours a day doing construction and excavation, eat healthy and workout 1-2hrs every other day not count cardio training and wash face regularly and I STILL HAVE ACNE. father had it bad when he was a kid and was in the same boat i am in. Thanks for the feedback, I really appreciate it. I agree with your imput on switching chest/trap with shoulder/back as I couldnt lift much with chest with sore shoulders, and to make it worse I did triceps before I did chest on sunday so I didnt get much of a chest workout in. I was wondering about how long it takes for muscle to recover? Ive been weight lifting for a couple months now and some of muscle start disipating a little bit between 7 day intervals, mostly chest.
