Nice schedule Boss Man, I think doing 20 mins interval cardio workouts is better than steady cardio workout, Interval training have great benefits in less time.

I think beside working out, you should eat 5 small frequent meals through out the day will help in boosting your BMR.
Also do workouts that Boss Man told you this will help increasing some muscle bulk to increase BMR.

You can try body weight workouts, it can really help, get you in shape beside using you dumbbells.
you can try push up variations, pull ups, chin ups, squats and lunges.
all what you need is Pull up bar and you body :)
you can use your dumbbells to do shoulder press, biceps curls and other workout

I think you should try interval training cardio, it is better than steady training.
-More calories are burned in less time.
-Increase BMR 48 hrs after workout.

this will help a lot in increasing your fat loss
