I like Jay Johnson. Most of his workouts are using your own body weight. If he does use anything else it's dumbells. You can choose to not use them if you're a beginner or if you're on the road or something. I love his workouts cause of that since I'm doing everything at home now and don't have much...

Well in that case then, double up the Chins and Push-ups and do them every other day. I'd suggest Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Do the Push-ups first they work Chest. I believe so. campus is small as a school so I dunno how big it is. I don't really do gyms right now. Mostly just cardio stuff and I have own dumbells for weight stuff. I just feel more comfortable that way right now.
