Hi! If I ate over 2,000 calories a day, I had the weight of 200 lbs. I am not sure those are appropriate meal plans here for someone who probably wants to stay in the 1,500-2,000 calorie range.....and i think in order for muscles to repair, you need to eat protein within 30 to 45 min. of your workou...
