It sounds to me like you might be doing a bit too much lifting and and not quite enough cardio and aerobic training. Sounds like you might be best advised to meet with a doctor and a personal trainer. Taking advise from a message board might not be the most credible source in this case.

When I say high reps I should have been more specific. I was thinking more along the lines of 10-12 reps, which is closer to what you were talking about. Sorry for the confusion.

Doodies, how is this working out for you so far.
