It is not accurate. I guess there should be a specialist that would monitor your heart rate while doing cardio for you to have accurate findings.

it has been biggest problem for years now. well, sit ups doesn't work. i guess it should be a combination of proper diet and workout.

We both have same problem. I have done cardio a lot and still can't lose the fats on biceps. I just dont know how to get rid of these.

having a ton of weight and wanting to lose half a ton requires a lot of effort. I guess you need to go to the gym and inquire if they can offer a program for you. It's possible to lose the weight you desire but you should have the discipline.
