YEh eating well and keeping balancing the Right Nutrition with Excercise is Important but I may also add that It could be a good Idea to Introduce something different into your current workout program. Well I confess I'm a smoker and Resting HR is 66 beats per minute. I'm 26 5ft 9 So I think your 80-85 bpm is very high for a Resting HR.
