YEh eating well and keeping balancing the Right Nutrition with Excercise is Important but I may also add that It could be a good Idea to Introduce something different into your current workout program. If you keep throwing something new into your exercise routine this prevents your Body from Adaptin...

Well I confess I'm a smoker and Resting HR is 66 beats per minute. I'm 26 5ft 9 So I think your 80-85 bpm is very high for a Resting HR.

Edit: What do you use to monitor Your Heart Rate?

To keep Motivated to lose 30Kg may be the biggest challenge. Normallly when people start to lose weight they see Motivating Results but there will come a stage where you hit a Plateau.
