I do about 20-30 min. of weight training or cardio four to five times a week. The strength training is common stuff- free weights, pilates, squats/lunges. Cardio is usually kickboxing. diet is still being tweaked, I have a hard time sticking to healthiness, I tend to emotionally eat towards the end ...

Hey ladies. I've been wondering if anyone knows of a place to get good, supportive sports bras that don't cost a fortune for larger ladies? I know Oprah had one on her show once but it was about fifty bucks a pop!

Are you getting plenty of protein? I donate blood regularly and hemoglobin (ref. range is roughly 12.5-15 for women) shot up from 12.5 or under to 14.5 when I started upping protein when I started working out. Also your doc can test your iron, ferritin, transferrin and other measures of iron storage...
