Weight training with just dumbells as equipment?
i wanted to know if weight training is possible without using any equipments other than dumbbells? I have a 4kg,6kg,7kg and 8 kg dumbbells in apartment building. Lost 13 lbs in 26 days....
I have lost 6 kg(13 lbs) in 26 days just by doing 1 hr aerobics and a good diet.
The first week i lost 6.6 lbs,the second week i lost 3 lbs,the third week i lost 3 lbs.
Will going for other exercise equipment (treadmill,bike,elliptical etc) help me loose more weight than aerobics?

Doing aerobics but slow weight loss...
I started doing aerobics from 4th july.In the first week i lost 3kg(6.6 lbs).But in the second week i increased the duration of aerobics from 30 mins to 1 hr.But i lost only 1.3 kg(2.86 lbs).
