I do agree that thirst is sometimes mistaken as hunger because I have done that before. Normally I eat when I feel hunger pangs when sometimes I'm just dehydrated. I don't like drinking a lot of water but I am trying to keep to the limit of 8 glasses per day :)

I like doing exercises in the evening before I go to sleep because right after I get a good feeling that puts me to sleep :). Extra Virgin Olive Oil and avocado are good sources of good cholesterol so having more of them is good for the body. I didn't know much about cholesterol before until I read this post. It's very informative and helpful to everyone. Thanks! :)

Toning the is a little difficult so it's advisable to follow the flat diet while incorporating your healthy eating habits and regular exercise. Weight lifting helps to burn more fats while growing more muscles to help tone the body down.
