I always thought the workouts were too long and moved too slow in P90X, but I still liked it and did it. The Final Cut Workout is awesome because its only 30 minutes and moves quick so you don't have time to think about it. And it totally reshaped body. You can find it at http://www.thefinalcutworko...

I think you need to do both. There's a lot of programs out there that combine both. I just found one that's 30 minutes and combines both and the workouts are TOUGH! It's the way to go if you only have a little time.

I think diet is really important to lose weight, but if you actually want tone and shape to your body, you have to do some weight training. I just found an awesome workout that totally shaped body. It has a diet plan that comes with it that's really easy to follow, too.

I think it helps to find short workouts to do. I just found a great one that's a bout 30 minutes and I can do it with kids in the room and sometimes they join in with me, so it's something fun we can do together.
