Ha you got me. I am not the brightest knife in the crayon box to say the least. I only passed high school because when I was failing a class all I had to do was tell the teacher if I failed I would not be able to play a sport the following season. for mass with out as much calories a red meat tuna, turkey, chicken, egg whites are good too for protein I think tuna or egg whites are the best if you don't want to put on any bulk. Dumbells are great! Really the only time I would prefer a bar over a dumbell is when I do squats. Most lifts I can think of off the top of head actually give better gains from dumbells for me. On the topic of your weak side which is your none dominant side don't stress about it. It is normal for one side to be stronger then the other, it is just a genetic characteristic of humans for me dominant side is actually weaker then other side which is opposite of you.
