One cheat meal in a week is good. In fact, you will do yourself a lot of harm if you don't have one. You will never stop craving if you don't allow yourself a bit of indulgence...even just once. :)

I believe whole days of cheat can lead to too many calories, some can even derail all their hard work for the week in that single day. well....with the avocado it adds only 10 calories and 2 fat grams - but you lose 2 grams of saturated fat (that's a +) there is a bit less cholesterol. 100 mg less sodium. So I think it is worth a try. I think the avocado adds more flavor to a sandwich than cheese. Subway doesn't offer a low fat ch...
